I AM directed by the Secretary of State for the Colonies to transmit to you, for the information of Secretary Sir E. Grey, with reference to letter from the Colonial Office of the 14th March, 1914, a copy of a despatch from the Governor of Nyasaland, with enclosure, dated the 9th January, 1915, on the subject of opium imported into Nyasaland during the year 1914.
